Today's Agent Skill: Customer Review Aggregator and Sentiment Report
What It Does
Customer reviews are the most unfiltered market research available to a small business, but most owners only look at their star rating rather than reading for patterns. A single angry review is noise; the same complaint appearing in 15 reviews is a fixable operational problem. This skill aggregates a batch of reviews from any platform, identifies recurring themes, scores your overall sentiment, and generates a prioritized action plan based on what customers are actually telling you.
How It Works
The agent processes a batch of pasted customer reviews, tags each one with recurring themes (product quality, customer service, speed, price/value, communication, ease of use), and separates positive signals from pain points. It calculates an overall sentiment score, flags any individual reviews that describe specific operational failures requiring follow-up, and produces a three-item action plan ranked by how frequently each issue appears.
How to Deploy It
Paste your reviews directly into Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Cursor, or Windsurf and run this skill. Copy reviews from Google, Yelp, Facebook, or any platform — no special formatting required. For best results, analyze at least 15-20 reviews at a time to identify reliable patterns rather than individual opinions.
